IMPORTANT – LIABILITY WAIVER & RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing this registration for the Bendita Surfskate League, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• You understand that surfskating involves physical risk, including the possibility of injury, and you voluntarily accept full responsibility for your participation in the event.

• You agree that Bendita Company, its organizers, staff, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation.

• You are responsible for your own equipment and safety gear (including helmet and pads).

• If the participant is a minor, the purchase must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms the minor’s participation and accepts all terms on their behalf.

• In case of injury, you authorize the event staff to seek necessary medical assistance at your expense.

• You grant permission for Bendita Company to use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

• By completing this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this liability waiver.
