What's your return/change/refund policy?

You can return/change/refund your items by mail.

From the moment you receive the order, you have 30 days to send us an email to: contact@benditacompany.com with your return/change/refund request, indicate your name and surname, order number and reason for the return.

Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. You will immediately receive the refund to the original payment method or via an IBAN number.

BENDITA COMPANY is not responsible for the costs of logistical delivery procedures.

What size should I order?

When shopping online, it can be difficult to know which size is perfect for you, so to make sure you can order your garment in the perfect fit, we make sure to add a size guide to all items on the website.

Our sizing runs true to size unless otherwise noted, so if you want a loose fit, we recommend ordering a size larger than your usual size.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can refund the amount and cancel it. However, if your order has been prepared, you will have to receive it and return it.

Where is my order?

As soon as the carrier receives the package, an email will be sent to your mailbox stating the tracking number for you to follow and track your order.

Usually it takes us 2-3 day to process and prepare the order. If you have any questions or you have not received the tracking number, write to us at: contact@benditacompany.com


EU shipping

All orders are sent via CTT tracked mail. Once sent, you will be provided with a tracking number in accordance with your order.

International shipping

All international orders are sent via CTT tracked airmail service. Once your order reaches the destination country, the order will be handed over to your local mail service. Once sent, you will be provided with a tracking number in accordance with your order.

We cover customs on our side. Any extra customs payments when reaching the destination country must be paid for by the recipient.
